Jonathan A. Hammond has over ten years of experience in immigration law. He handles all aspects of business immigration working with both corporate and individual clients. His experience covers nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, DACA, 601 waivers, PERM, and I-9 compliance. He received his JD from Salmon P. Chase School of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2016, his BA in Communications, History, & Political Science from Cedarville College in 1999 and his MA(ABD) in Human Communication and Social Influence at Georgia State University.  Jonathan previously taught research methodology, public speaking, and argumentation at Georgia State University, worked as a professional Dramaturg, as well as held a variety of positions, from bartender to General Manager, in the Atlanta, GA food and beverage industry. Jonathan served as a board member of Enlight-Atlanta (an Atlanta based anti-bullying nonprofit) from 2001 – 2004 and AIDS Survival Project, 2006-2008.  His research interests include communication ethics, public sphere rhetoric, marginalized groups, and dramaturgy.
